The VH3.96 wire-to-board connector features a 3.96 mm pitch crimp housing with polarized keying and positive locking for secure, high‑current connections. It supports AWG16–22 wires and 2–12 circuits in single or double rows, with up to 10 A per circuit (dependent on wire gauge and circuit count), suitable for up to 250 V AC/DC power and signals. Tin‑plated copper alloy contacts and a flame‑retardant thermoplastic housing ensure reliable mating and vibration resistance. Mates with VH3.96 PCB headers (through‑hole or SMT, vertical or right‑angle). Easy to assemble and anti‑mismating; ideal for appliances, LED lighting, industrial control, security, and power supplies. RoHS and REACH compliant, operating −25 to +85 °C.
